There does not seem to be a way to sort files by names, date recorded, or even size. How do I change the order showing in the QuickVoice Pro app?

Unfortunately, it seems that QuickVoice Pro does not provide the option to change the sort order for files.

I recently upgraded to an iPhone X as well as updated to iOS 11.

I have had your QuickVoice Pro App (RED one). For over 8 years. Love your product. However this is the first time through all the upgrades that I have done with my phone and brought over 100’s if not 1,000’s of recordings, this is the first time that when I upgraded to my iPhone X that all my recording were not in order of oldest recording to newest recording.

This is extremely disappointing as you can only imagine how many recordings I have accumulated over the last 8 years. I can’t figure out even a pattern as to how they save them in the app. They are not in any chronological order, alphabetical order, date order or even amount of space order.

It used to be when I would record a new recording, it would be the last recording on my list and in date order, now it just scrambles it and I have to search through hundreds of recordings to find the most recent recording. Please let me know what is happening. Thanks!

I've checked the official description of QuickVoice and it appears that you can use some sorting filters within the main interface. That's the closest thing available to sort the file based on a few criteria. You should use it to see if the files can be organized based on your preferences.

Additionally, send a feedback request to the developers using the form on their website.

Hello,

I just bought a Pro version because I wanted to transfer some recordings from basic version to my Mac. It seems my old files are still in the basic version and the Pro version is empty. How do I transfer the files from previous to the Pro so I can transfer them to my computer?

Thank you.

I've installed QuickVoice as well, but didn't find a way to load the recordings. However, the software allows you to specify the recordings folder through the main menu settings. Start the software then go to Edit > Preferences > Recording

Specify the folder with the recordings then restart the software and it might be possible that recordings will appear in the application.

The application does not have a way to allow you to transfer the recording, however, the developer has a utility you can use to make the transfer easier. To obtain that utility, send an email to [email protected]. Once the email will be sent, you will receive another email with the utility. From this point forward, the process of file transferring should be easier.

I'm trying to upload recordings from the Quickvoice app, and it does not allow me saying that they are over 5MB. I wonder if you have a solution to my problem.

The 5MB limit is the default one supported by the application and it applies to voice mail. You cannot upload a file with a size higher than 5 MB. If you have the possibility to export or save the files, use the built-in browser and upload the file to MediaFire, Uploaded, Rapidgator or one of the file hosting services available then email the link with the recording.

When I "upgraded" to an iPhone 6 with iOS 8, all of my saved QuickVoicePro recordings disappeared. I regularly sync to my PC. Where can I retrieve the missing recordings? Only found files that Microsoft can't open because of "missing or invalid" parts.

No, you can't recover the files because in some cases the upgrade wipes various data folders and files. There have been some guides, but none is working as it should to recover the data. If you have a backup on your computer, then iTunes can be used to recover the files, move them to another location, and then upgrade to the latest version of iOS 8. There is no other possible way.

My QuickVoice app upgraded and I lost about 50 or more of my original song. How can I get my old recordings back?

If you've lost the recordings for the application, then I recommend reinstalling a recovery solution. Luckily, there are free ones available for this procedure. For example, you can the install Recuva application. Download, install the package, then launch it and use the Wizard to configure the scanning parameters. Make sure to choose the partition where files were stored and the file type, then enable Deep Scan. Once you find the files, right click them and choose another location for restore.
